Flu season is right around the corner and if you have heard all the sniffling and coughing around St. Ed’s you know that it’s almost here. Many students often wish they could miss school for a week, but many don’t want to be stuck at home with a horrible flu. There are good health habits that can help stop the spread of germs.
Cover up!
When coughing or sneezing make sure to cover your nose and mouth. This is the number one way germs are spread throughout a school community.
