Nicole is an experienced student who first began exploring media by taking a media class in 8th grade, where she learned how to do graphic design and got to be a part of a team and broadcast the news. She made it onto the school news broadcast twice and created her own version of a digital comic book on adobe. Her personal experience from being a part of media class two years in a row helps her know how to express her creativity and edit. This year, she is most excited about photography and the yearbook. Outside of school, Nicole enjoys hiking, fishing, baking and spending time with friends and family. Nicole also enjoys reading and volunteering at shelters. Nicole Lekarczyk lives in Hoffman Estates with her mom, younger sister and two cats.
