Therapy dog visits students before exams
December 11, 2019
Bosco, a registered therapy dog, and his owner Tanya visited St. Edward High School on Dec. 10. The Interact Club sponsored the visit to help relieve stress among the student body before semester exam week. Bosco and Tanya work through the Naperville Humane Society and Anderson Animal Shelter in South Elgin. Students were very happy and excited to visit with Bosco. Students were able to visit Bosco during lunch periods. Bosco is a mixed breed dog and is eight years old. He also visits senior citizen homes in the Elgin area on a monthly basis.
