Girls Varsity soccer is starting their season strong with a 2-2 record. One of their big wins was against IC. The girls have had quite the delay in their season with a total of six games cancelled. Most games will be made up by the end of the season.

“The season is going well, for only having one outdoor practice since the season started. We’re just really excited to get into the flow of things here soon” said junior starter, Madalynn Duffy. Mia Castro is one to look out for this season. Not only is she a powerhouse center midfielder, she is a freshman just starting out her high school soccer career.

The Lady Wave’s next varsity game is Thursday, April 12th against Timothy Christian with a JV game to follow. Make sure to come out and support the girls in their next match!
