Ingredients:

  • Vanilla ice cream
  • Cherry soda, such as Cherry Seven-Up
  • Red licorice, such as Red Vines

Directions:

  1. Add a scoop or two of vanilla ice cream to a drinking cup or mug.
  2. Fill the cup with cherry soda.
  3. Cut the ends off of one strand of red licorice, then place into the cup to use as a straw.
  4. Drink and enjoy!

You can modify the directions and use a punch bowl for bigger parties or you can even try changing up the ingredients for a Shamrock Float!

Shamrock Floats can bring a festive touch to a St. Patrick's day party.
